We are a full-service Hotel/Restaurant on the hunt for a motivated individual who enjoys being a part of a collaborative team.
Essential Job Duties:
- Lead and build a collaborative kitchen team by motivating and actively coaching.
- Effectively communicate with the front of the house to ensure a positive experience for the guests.
- Have the ability to work all stations including banquets.
- Provide guidance and oversee line cooking, food preparation, and dish station.
- Oversee and organize kitchen stock and ingredients.
- Oversee cleaning and sanitizing duties and assist the food and beverage manager with ordering, receiving, and scheduling.
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and recipe execution.
A few things we’ll expect:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Being able to work under pressure and able to lead other team members in a positive manner.
- Be a go to for smooth kitchen operations.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work all shifts and days.
- Positive job references.
